Ryokan Genetique exceeded my expectations with their professional service, spacious rooms and super clean suites for my fur babies! Their well-being's were promptly updated which gave me so much assurance. Ryokan Genetique will definitely be my top choice for cat boarding! Very nice cat hotel in Singapore. I have visited other cat hotel. But this place is huge and the cats have super big space to play around. The room can open to have adjoining room making it even bigger. Definitely the best cat hotel in Singapore.

Good place to leave your cats at while you are on your vacation. Very clean and relaxing place. Cabin itself is super spaceful and allow cats to move freely. Our experience at Ryokan Genetique was nothing short of exceptional!

From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The home was impeccably clean and organized, and the kittens were clearly well-loved and cared for.

Andrew and Stephanie were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire adoption process. They took the time to answer all of our questions and provide us with valuable advice on caring for our new kitten. We were particularly impressed with their knowledge and expertise in feline behavior.

The adoption process itself was smooth and straightforward. Andrew and Stephanie made sure that we were comfortable with our decision and that we had all of the information we needed to take care of our new kitten.

We are very grateful to Andrew and Stephanie for helping us find our feline companion.

Im really happy with how settled and comfortable my cats during their 5 nights. One of my cat is sassy and hiss when scared but she’s feeling like home immediately. I notice how owner and staff treat the cats as their own whilst very professional managing the cat hotel. My cats play and chill whole day and seem to enjoy a lot of pets.
